Modern technologies of managing the utilization oil-dissolved gas projects

Oil-dissolved gas is the hazard of the oil producing industry. More than 20 billion cubic meters of the oil-dissolved gas burn on flare devices in Russia every year, intensify the process of the global warming.
Learning environmental risks for the purpose of security regional ecological safety, we used the modern technologies of decision-making based on the analytic hierarchy process and analytic network process.
The report introduces the analysis of the effective technologies the oil-dissolved gas utilization. It was shown that extraction and usage of the oil-dissolved gas as an energy resource let to reduce the influence on environment and make better the energy safety of the oil producing industry. We considered economic, ecological, social and political criteria, registered potential results of accepted decisions.
