The study of peculiarities of the display seismicity corresponding to hierarchy of spatial sizes of geological structures and take place in them different geologic-tectonic, geophysics, seismic processes were conducted. The next peculiarities were elucidated.
Earthquakes with maximum magnitude M8.0 with sources located near boundaries of large lithospheric plates and blocks subordinate to the hierarchy of geologic structures. The larger sizes of mobile geologic structures are the greater the magnitudes seismic events connected with them are. Analogous peculiarities are also observed in the depth distribution of hypocenters sources of earthquakes. As a rule, deep focal sources of strong earthquakes are located in collision zones of large lithospheric plates. Plates with continental and oceanic Earth's crust in the collision zones are the majority. The gigantic earthquake with M=9.0 in the Sumatra peninsula occurred on December 26, 2004 can serve as a striking example to aforesaid. The earthquakes of intermediary's zones (under Earth's crust) are located in collision zones of continental plates. For example, in the Central Asia region these ones Pamir-Hindukush deep focal sources earthquakes, instrumentally registered in the depths up to h=300 km. The majority of these earthquakes is concentrated at the depth h=180-220 km.
It is known that the display of seismicity in time is very complicated question. The tendency of period of recurrence or cyclic recurrence of earthquakes both in the global and in large-regional, regional and local scales is observed. The periods fluctuated from several month up to several years, from dozen up to hundred of years. The spectrum of typical periods is very wide. We have practically a "white noise". However, in the manifestation of seismicity in time, some special features, which depend on the sizes of geological structures, are revealed. The special characteristics of seismicity, according to the temporal feature are also divided into global, large-regional, regional and local ranks. An interesting regularity is observed in the display of seismicity on Southern-Eastern part of Mediterranean-Asia seismic belt. Here, from the beginning XX century, the active and passive phases of seismic activity are alternating every 15-18 years. Next activity has begun in 1998. From this time a series of strong earthquakes with M7.0 in India, Pakistan, Iran, Afghanistan, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, Eastern China and Sumatra (December 26, 2004) has occurred.
The analysis of strong earthquakes with M7.0 recurrence periodicity show that in this sector of Mediterranean-Asia seismic belt, the seismic activation will probably continue up to 2015-2017. The basic display of seismic energy on the territory of Central Asia in the time is subordinate to the period South-Eastern part of Mediterranean-Asia seismic belt activation. As an example we can mark the strongest earthquakes occurred on boundaries of Pamirs, Tien-Shan, Kopetdag, and Northern Tien-Shan which are connected with deep faults.
The peculiarities of seismicity display in local seismogenics zones are noted. Here, strong earthquakes with the magnitude up to M6.5 occur in the overwhelming majority of cases (90%) with the cyclic recurrence of 40 years. As it is already noted above, the recurrence period of strong earthquakes depends directly on the value of an earthquakes magnitude and scales of geological structures.
