Role of the state monitoring system of underground waters in the assessment of geoecological situation of the Caspian area (Atyrau region, Kazakhstan)

Atyrau region occupies in the Republic of Kazakhstan leading position in recovery and transportation of hydrocarbon material. Of many years recovery and oil refining has depraved ecological condition of the region, as for as banded with crude oil, sulphureous, mercaptan polluting ecological environment drag content heavyweight electrodewatering, stepping up background radiation, also initiation of dangerous ingress. However contaminating impurity petroleum of history its important, but it is not an only one source unfavorable technical environmental impact in the area.
This areas of historical electrodewatering, where is affect group of providing ground: Azgir, Ashuluk and Taisoigan (1,5 million that occupied about 15 % territorial area). Of many years reaction providing ground became factor foulness area radioactive nuclide, heptyl, heavyweight electrodewatering and other drummy units.
One of the operative relative heading of monitoring as nature protect arrangement is state monitoring of underground waters realized tracking qualitative changing underground waters.
However huge potential oil profile contaminants such as Tengis, Korolevskoe, Sazan-Kurak, Matin, Embamunaigas etc. don't reach system of the state monitoring of underground waters Atyrau region is divided into numerous oil and gas pipelines: Atyrau - Samara (200 km), oil pipeline KTK (452 km). In the active crude pipelines have activated operations in burial of the industrial drains, associated brine waters, unstripped gas injection. Construction of these objects must foresee organization of observation according to state monitoring system of underground waters.
In the current year on the territory of the region there has been starting constructions of the first seismic monitoring observation point. Such operations are realized for the purpose of investigations of earthquake premonitory symptoms on the territory, adjoin to the Uzhno-Embenskoi seismic- operating zone with predicted magnitude 5.
Thus it needs to make conclusion that Atyrau region on its territory has two main quite strong pollution sources such as military complex objects and oil and gas pipeline field.
Current state observation system on the territory region composes 287 well and all 59 wells designed for study questions about pollutions. Succeed considerable it expands, including oil country omniform property.
