The geoelectric express-technology (know-how) includes the method of forming of short-pulsed electromagnetic field (FSPEF), flux-meter survey, method of vertical electric-resonance sounding (VERS), as well as compact and computerized equipment for field observations, software for measurement data registrations, processing and interpretation. These geoelectric methods are based on studying the geoelectric parameter of the medium in the pulsed, not installed geoelectric fields, as well as the quasi-stationary electric field of the Earth and its spectral features over hydrocarbon (HC) accumulations. An integrated application of these methods within the technology framework gives a chance to find and map on the area the "deposit" type anomalies (DTA), to value the total thickness of anomalous polarized layer (APL) of the "oil layer", "gas layer", "water-saturated layer" type and etc, and to define their bedding depths with high accuracy. The realized possibility of conducting the areal surveys from moving car allows to examine the vast on size territory during the short time periods. The technology has had broad approbation on hydrocarbon fields and perspective area in Ukraine, Republic of Kazakhstan and Russia during 2001-2007. Geoelectric investigations were conducted on 40 oil and gas fields. The "deposit" type anomalies were fixed by FSPEF survey on all (40!) fields. APL of "oil-and-gas layer" type was chosen by VERS sounding in cross-sections of all this oilfields. Geoelectric " anomalies were also mapped by FSPEF survey within 50 perspectives for oil and gas structures and separate areas from 62 investigated. The investigation on Kobzivske gas-condensate field have confirmed scientifically proved forecasts of experts about probable existence of a deep floor of gas content on depths over 6000 m. The received data are one more confirmation of prospects of oil-and-gas content of Dnepr-Donetsk depression deep horizons. Purposeful industrial exploration of those horizons will promote the increase of HC production in Ukraine. In October, 2007 within Kostanayskaya area (8045 km2, Kazakhstan) practically all DTA anomalies were revealed and mapped by FSPEF survey from airplane (aeroFSPEF). The mapped anomalies were authenticated by overland FSPEF survey. The bedding depths of APL of the "oil" type were installed by VERS soundings. For the area structural model construction the detailed soundings were conducted within "Kosagal" DTA for scheduling the project of the prospecting borehole boring. The place for the borehole pawning was recommended. The efficient technology for operative examination with the oil and gas searching purposes of extensive, removed and difficult of access territories are created on the base of FSPEF survey from airplane (airFSPEF modification). The practical application of this technology on initial stage of the oil and gas searching works will allow to accelerate significantly the geological prospecting process in a whole.
