The Map covers areas of Eurasian Arctic Seas, island rises and adjoining land washing by these Seas. The North boundary - is the edge of the continental slope. Basically, the structural-formation analysis of the substantial complexes was used. The time of manifestation, character and peculiarities of magmatic activity are determined by geodynamic conditions, composition of the host structural-substantial complexes (SSC) and age of folding. The color (in legend) corresponds to the different SSC, which were defined on the basis of their composi-tion and condition of formation. Within Neogeic (R-KZ) stratified SSC (SSSC) two structural classes can be distinguished-strained and unstrained which, according to tectonic conditions, are combined into groups (folded ar-eas, koylogenic, orogenic and zones of tectonic-magmatic activization). Folding and its age repre-sented by roman figures are standing before SSC Index. SSSC characterized by composition, geodynamic and paleogeographic conditions of formation, crust type and by the range of basement folding. Thickness of volcanogenic-sedimentary cover within area of water and adjoining land are shown by isolines reflecting the basement surface as the result of its primary stratification and later block movements. Tectonic analysis has been done on the basis of geological and geophysical maps of different scale and also on the basis of seismic profiles interpretation. Faults are divided according to age, rank, depth of location, and morphology. For magmatic formations definition the correlation scheme of magmatic complexes is basi-cally lies - the color reflects the igneous rock composition and Index its age. Volcanic formations have the color and Index that's of corresponding SSSC and marked by specks. All magmatic formations are divided into four families and several groups for which the geodynamic conditions and affiliation with tectonic structures are determined. Moreover, the reconstruction of magmatic formation distribu-tion (petrographic provinces, areas etc.) have been done.
