Multi sensor satellite data are now capable of providing information about land, ocean and atmosphere. Different parts of the earth suffer with all kinds of natural hazards (earthquakes, hurricanes, dust storms, landslides, harmful algal blooms, volcanoes, droughts, floods, extreme weather conditions) affecting million people. In the present paper, an overview of multi sensors and its applications to natural hazards will be presented. The present talk will demonstrate the use of multi sensor satellite data in getting early warning information about the natural hazards that will be of great use in risk management and minimizing the risk and also enhancing public awareness especially in developing countries.
